30-second summary
ARENIX.app is a technology infrastructure for Partners, creators and community leaders who want to turn a passive audience into an active and measurable community.
A Partner creates their own Arena, invites members of their community, sets rules, and monitors activity, ranking and community performance in one professional environment.
The essence of the Arena is the rules. A Partner may set a model in which success in the Arena does not disappear without result, but is reflected back to the best-ranked part of the community according to a predefined key – for example to the Top 40% of the leaderboard.
In the basic public layer, this model is displayed exclusively through Arena Credits. Arena Credits are an internal platform element, have no monetary value, are not redeemable and must not be used as money or a substitute for money.
The Partner Monetization Layer is a separate and limited step for approved Partners who demonstrate real activity, discipline and commercial potential in their community. It is not an automatic part of the public platform and is governed by separate terms.
1Introductory provisions
These Public Terms of Use govern access to and use of the ARENIX.app platform.
The platform is intended for Partners, creators, mentors, educators, community leaders and their members who want to work with a community through digital Arenas, a leaderboard, internal credits, rules and performance displays.
By using the platform, the user confirms that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms.
If a user does not agree with these Terms, they must not use the platform.
2What ARENIX is
ARENIX.app is a software platform for creating and managing digital Arenas.
An Arena is an online environment in which a Partner organizes the activity of their community, sets rules, tracks the performance of individual members and works with internal platform elements.
ARENIX enables in particular:
- creating a dedicated Arena;
- inviting members of the Partner's own community;
- setting basic Arena rules;
- using Arena Credits;
- displaying a leaderboard;
- comparing member performance;
- monitoring community activity;
- building trust through transparent rules;
- applying for access to a higher Partner layer.
ARENIX is a technology solution.
ARENIX is not a broker, exchange, investment platform, asset manager, payment institution, casino, gambling operator or provider of investment or financial advice.
3The Arena as the core product element
The Arena is the core space of the platform.
Through the Arena, the Partner creates a place where their community can see rules, ranking, performance, activity and results in one clear environment.
The Arena may work with market data, price movement, user decisions, internal credits, performance score and a leaderboard.
The purpose of the Arena is to show both the Partner and their community what an organized model looks like, where the community is not merely a passive audience but an active environment with clear rules, measurable performance and visible value.
4Arena Credits
Arena Credits are an internal platform element. They are used to display activity, score, ranking and the performance model within the Arena.
Arena Credits help the Partner and their community understand the Arena mechanics without creating any entitlement to payout or financial performance in the basic public layer.
Arena Credits:
- have no monetary value;
- are not money;
- are not electronic money;
- are not cryptocurrency;
- are not a stablecoin;
- are not securities;
- are not a financial instrument;
- are not a deposit;
- are not redeemable;
- are not transferable outside the platform;
- do not create any entitlement to profit, yield, reward, payout or investment return.
No user has the right to request payout, exchange, refund or any other compensation based on Arena Credits.
5The Arena Key
Each Arena may have its own rule key.
This key determines how results, ranking, performance and allocation of Arena Credits are displayed within the Arena.
A Partner may set rules so that Arena Credits are allocated according to the leaderboard, performance score, activity or other parameters available in the platform.
An example of such a rule may be a model under which the best-ranked part of the leaderboard, for example the Top 40%, receives back or additionally receives Arena Credits within the Arena according to a predefined key.
The Arena Key is the reason why an Arena is not merely a results table.
Participants see that rules have consequences, ranking has meaning and community activity is reflected in a visible result.
The Partner can therefore show their community a model in which performance, discipline and participation are not empty numbers, but create a structured community mechanism.
In the basic public layer, the Arena Key relates exclusively to Arena Credits.
Arena Credits have no monetary value and do not create any entitlement to money, payout, profit, yield, reward, profit share, investment return or any other property value.
Any use of Arena Credits as a substitute for money, a proxy currency or a basis for financial settlement outside the platform is prohibited.
6What the Partner receives
The Partner receives a tool through which they can organize, activate and measure their community.
ARENIX enables the Partner to create a professional environment without having to build their own technical infrastructure, leaderboard, credit model, Arena rules and user interface.
The Partner may use the Arena in particular as:
- an entry point for new community members;
- a tool for activating an existing community;
- proof of audience interest and activity;
- a way to show the community model in practice;
- a basis for assessing whether the community has potential for the Partner Monetization Layer.
A Partner who can bring members of their community, maintain their attention and create activity receives infrastructure through ARENIX that allows them to show the value of their community in numbers, not only in words.
The Arena gives the Partner a clear view of whether their community only passively follows content, or is ready to actively respond, engage and function according to rules.
This difference is decisive. A community that can create activity, discipline and measurable performance may be ready for the next level of cooperation with ARENIX.
7Partner Monetization Layer
ARENIX may also provide a Partner Monetization Layer for selected Partners.
This layer is not part of the basic public service and is not automatically available to every user or every Partner.
Access to the Partner Monetization Layer may be subject in particular to:
- individual approval;
- a separate Partner agreement;
- technical setup;
- internal assessment;
- a compliance process;
- meeting business, legal or security requirements determined by the Provider.
No provision of these Public Terms may be interpreted as creating a legal entitlement for a Partner or user to access the Partner Monetization Layer.
The Provider reserves the right to decide:
- which Partner will be given access to the Partner Monetization Layer;
- to what extent it will be made available;
- under what conditions it will be made available;
- when it will be made available;
- whether access will be suspended or terminated.
The basic Arena shows the potential of the community.
The Partner Monetization Layer is the next step for Partners who can demonstrate that their community has activity, trust, discipline and commercial potential.
ARENIX thereby separates an ordinary audience from a community that is ready to work at a higher level.
8Partner's community
ARENIX is designed so that the Partner can work with their own community.
The Partner builds their own relationship with their members. ARENIX provides the tool, interface and infrastructure.
The Provider does not automatically take over the Partner's database, sell it, trade it or use it as its own business database, unless expressly agreed otherwise or required by law, security reasons, technical protection or a compliance process.
The Partner is responsible for the legality of their relationship with the community, the method of inviting members, their own marketing claims and communication outside the platform.
9Prohibited use of the Arena
Neither the Partner nor the user may use ARENIX in a way that damages the integrity of the platform or turns its basic public layer into an unofficial financial mechanism outside the platform.
In particular, it is prohibited to:
- use Arena Credits as money or a substitute currency;
- promise payouts based on Arena Credits;
- pay rewards outside the platform based on the leaderboard;
- create unofficial financial pools outside an approved environment;
- present the Arena as an investment opportunity;
- promise profit, yield or guaranteed results;
- mislead community members about the nature of the platform;
- circumvent technical or legal restrictions of the platform;
- copy, imitate or unlawfully use the platform know-how.
Violation of this section may lead to immediate restriction or termination of access.
10No investment services
ARENIX does not provide:
- investment advice;
- financial advice;
- brokerage services;
- asset management;
- portfolio management;
- custody services;
- banking services;
- payment accounts;
- exchange services;
- profit guarantees;
- yield products;
- collective investment;
- gambling or casino services.
The user must not interpret the Arena, leaderboard, Arena Credits or any results in the platform as investment advice, a financial offer or a guarantee of a future result.
11Market data and performance display
The platform may display market data, price movements, performance metrics or other information relevant to the functioning of the Arena.
Such information serves the operation of the user environment, comparison of decisions and display of results according to the Arena rules.
The Provider does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, continuous availability or suitability of market data for any particular purpose.
No display of data in the platform constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or trade any financial instrument, cryptocurrency, token, CFD, derivative or other asset.
12Compliance and verification
The Provider reserves the right to require verification of a user, Partner, organization, age, technical access, wallet, location or other data if needed to protect the platform, comply with legal obligations, perform a security assessment or make the Partner Monetization Layer available.
Verification may be performed directly or through a third party.
The fact that a user may use the basic public layer without additional verification does not mean that such verification will not be required for other functions or in the future.
13Partner responsibility
The Partner is responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is lawful, fair and not misleading.
The Partner must not state or imply to their community that:
- ARENIX guarantees a payout;
- Arena Credits have monetary value;
- the result in the Arena is guaranteed;
- the platform provides an investment service;
- participation in the Arena is a financial product;
- the Provider manages or holds user funds;
- the Partner has the right to bypass these Terms through their own agreements outside the platform.
The Partner is responsible for their own advertising, communication channels, promises and relationships with their community.
14User responsibility
The user is responsible for using the platform lawfully, safely and in accordance with these Terms.
The user must not:
- abuse the platform;
- manipulate the leaderboard;
- create fake accounts;
- use automated tools without consent;
- damage the platform;
- circumvent Arena rules;
- mislead other users;
- use the platform for fraud, manipulation or unlawful activity.
15Intellectual property and know-how
The platform, its name, design, structure, interface, Arena logic, leaderboard, credit model, rules, software, documentation, business model, technical solutions and related know-how are protected by the rights of the Provider or its licensors.
Without the Provider's prior written consent, neither the user nor the Partner may:
- copy the platform;
- imitate its business or technical model;
- reverse-engineer its logic;
- create derivative products;
- sell or license access to third parties;
- use the platform to create a competing solution;
- misuse obtained information outside the purpose for which access was granted.
16Availability of the platform
The Provider strives to ensure proper functioning of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical errors, security incidents, third-party outages or other circumstances.
The Provider may modify, expand, restrict, suspend or terminate the platform or parts of it.
17Third parties
The platform may use third-party services, such as hosting, analytics, data sources, security tools, compliance tools, communication tools or other technical services.
The Provider is not responsible for outages, errors, limitations or damages caused by third-party services, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.
18Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider is not liable for indirect damage, lost profit, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, reputational damage, service outage, improper use of the platform, actions of a Partner or use of the platform contrary to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
19Suspension or termination of access
The Provider may restrict, suspend or terminate access of a user or Partner if these Terms are breached or if the Provider reasonably assesses a legal, technical, security, reputational or business risk.
This applies in particular in cases of:
- misuse of Arena Credits;
- misleading communication toward the community;
- circumvention of platform rules;
- unauthorized copying of know-how;
- manipulation of results;
- use of the platform for unofficial financial settlement;
- conduct that may damage the Provider, the platform or other users.
20Special Partner Terms
Some platform functions may be available only under special Partner terms.
These Public Terms govern the basic use of ARENIX.app. Special Partner Terms may govern additional rights, obligations, technical functions, business setup, compliance requirements, protection of confidential information and other rules of cooperation between the Provider and the Partner.
If there is a conflict between these Public Terms and the Special Partner Terms, the Special Partner Terms prevail to the extent that they relate to the specific approved Partner functionality.
21Changes to the Terms
The Provider may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will be published on the platform or notified in another appropriate manner.
Continued use of the platform after the publication of new Terms means acceptance of the updated version.
If the user does not agree with the new version, they must stop using the platform.
22Governing law and dispute resolution
The governing law, competent court or other method of dispute resolution will be added in the final version of these Terms according to the Provider's legal and business structure.
23Contact
ARENIX.app is built on a Partner model. The Partner uses the platform to create their own Arena, invite their community and verify its activity in practice. Applicants for Partner access may start through the official ARENIX.app landing page.
Basic access to the Core Arena layer is designed so that the Partner can easily create their own Arena, invite their members and show the potential of their community. Arena participants do not enter the platform through direct public registration. Participant entry is possible through an invitation or entry link from the Partner organizing the Arena.
The Partner Monetization Layer is a separate follow-up step. It is intended only for Partners who demonstrate real activity, discipline and commercial potential in their community, and may be subject to separate terms, verification and approval by the Provider.
24Final statement
ARENIX is created for Partners who do not want to have only an audience, but an active community.
The basic Arena gives the Partner a space to show performance, rules, ranking and community value in one environment.
The Partner Monetization Layer is a separate step for those who can demonstrate real community activity and are ready to work with ARENIX at a higher level.
